We are looking for a Credit Control Manager to join our team in Solihull.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Dealing with rent arrears of tenants on behalf of landlords and recovering debt and NDS arrears.
* Aiming to negotiate and reach appropriate payment plans in accordance with the Landlords instructions to maximise income to the Company.
* Monitoring agreed payment plans for compliance you will liaise with Landlords and branches on next steps.
* Ensuring that all enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and Branch staff are dealt with effectively and in a manner consistent with the Company’s first class service delivery.
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as
* A strong background in credit control, preferably within the Property industry, although this is not essential.
* Excellent communication skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.
