Job Overview
The post holder is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participate in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Responsibilities

* Assist in management and organisation of the clinical area.

Qualifications
* NMC registered.
* Experience of providing holistic nursing care.
