HR Advisor
Salary: £35,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Reading
Hybrid: Office-based initially (approx. 6 months), then hybrid

📌 Key Responsibilities

Advise employees, managers, and partners on HR matters
*
Manage ER cases including absence, performance, disciplinaries, and grievances
*
Support policy updates in line with employment law
*
Maintain HR data and systems
*
Coach and support junior team members
*
Support wider HR projects and change initiatives
👤 Ideal Candidate
*
4+ years’ generalist HR experience at Advisor level
*
Strong UK employment law knowledge
*
Proven ER case management experience
*
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards Level 7)
*
Confident, organised, and comfortable advising senior stakeholders
