We’re looking for a Marina Operative to join the team at one of the UK’s largest and most picturesque marinas, based in Chichester Harbour, West Sussex.
This is a hands-on, varied position where you’ll be part of a dedicated team ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the marina and delivering first-class service to berth holders and visitors.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven customer service or customer-facing experience
* A positive, “can do” attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Calm and adaptable under pressure
* Knowledge of boats is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate
The role offers:
* A mix of indoor and outdoor work in a stunning location
* A rota that includes some weekends and bank holidays
* Occasional night cover when needed
* Full support and training to develop your skills and knowledge
