Senior Research and Policy Advice Manager (Maternity Cover) £48k-£59k CCEA places itself at the heart of theNorthern Irelandcommunity, with a remit that includes the development of the school curriculum, regulating qualifications and conducting examinations and assessment. This post presents the opportunity to lead our Research and Statistics team in work streams related to the Northern Ireland Curriculum, GCSE, AS and A level qualifications, and the new Statutory Assessments at Key Stages 1,2 and 3. Your research will allow us to identify trends, strengths and areas for improvement within our education system and insights gained will play a vital role in shaping policies and interventions that support high-quality teaching and learning for all children in Northern Ireland. You will be part of the Data Science Statistics and Research team who work across the wider education landscape including supporting the Department of Education and the wider CCEA business with data solutions and helping to deliver education and qualification reforms under the TransformEd strategy.
