As a SalesRepresentative you will be responsible for generating leadsbuilding relationships with potential clients and closing sales todrive revenue growth for our CV writingservices.
Responsibilities:
GenerateLeads:Proactively identify and generate leadsthrough various channels such as cold calling networking eventssocial media and referrals. ( You will be provided with completeCRM and Leads)
Build ClientRelationships:Develop and maintain strongrelationships with prospective clients by understanding their needsproviding tailored solutions and offering excellent customerservice.
ConsultativeSelling:Utilize a consultative sales approach tounderstand clients career goals challenges and requirements fortheir CV writing needs. Offer personalized recommendations andguidance to address their specific needseffectively.
SalesPresentations:Conduct sales presentations anddemonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our CVwriting services. Clearly articulate value propositions anddifferentiate our offerings fromcompetitors.
CloseSales:Drive the sales process from initial contactto closing deals. Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutuallybeneficial agreements withclients.
MarketResearch:Stay informed about industry trendscompetitive landscape and client needs to identify newopportunities and refine salesstrategies.
Collaboration:Collaborateclosely with the marketing team to develop effective salesmaterials campaigns and promotions to support salesefforts.
CRMManagement:Maintain accurate records of all salesactivities customer interactions and transactions using our CRMsystem.
Requirements:
ProvenSales Experience: Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experiencepreferably in selling services or solutions within the recruitmentcareer coaching or HRindustry.
Understanding of CVWriting: Familiarity with the CV writing processrecruitment industry and job market trends. Previous experience inHR or career counseling is aplus.
Excellent CommunicationSkills: Strong verbal and written communicationskills with the ability to effectively articulate valuepropositions build rapport and influencedecisionmaking.
GoalOriented:Selfmotivatedand driven to achieve and exceed sales targets. Demonstratedability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and workautonomously.

TechSavvy:Proficiency in using CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and othersales productivity tools.
Bachelors Degree: Abachelors degree in business marketing communication or a relatedfield is preferred but notrequired.
