We value experience supporting Mimecast email archiving, VOIP systems, desktop and laptop deployment, and basic patching and first line network support. We prefer A-Level education or equivalent. Responsibilities: We answer calls and triage all types of tickets at first line level. We provide second line support for Windows 10, Office, Microsoft Teams, and related desktop services. We administer Entra ID/Active Directory and support Microsoft Intune. We manage hardware maintenance through third-party warranty providers. We support Mimecast email archiving and VOIP services. We manage and resolve calls using our service management package. We deploy software via SCCM and provide remote support using RDP, SCCM Remote Control, Teams, and Dameware. We deploy desktops and laptops to new and existing users. We carry out patching and provide first line network support. We participate in change control for the desktop environment. We support a bluechip FTSE 100 aerospace customer in a high-tech manufacturing environment. We work as part of a UK-wide virtual team while being based on our customers site in Western Approach, Severn Beach, Bristol.
