We are looking for experiencedMHE Operators (HLOP and/or Paper Clamp)to join a well-established logistics and warehousing company basedin Kettering.
We welcome applications from candidates who holdeither one or both licences, includingin-house certification, as full training and development opportunities may be available.
Pay:£15.00 £17.00 per hour(depending on experience and licences held)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate MHE equipment includingHLOP (High Level Order Picker)and/orPaper Clamp trucks
2. Pick, move, and store goods accurately and safely within the warehouse
3. Work at height (for HLOP operations) in line with health & safety procedures
4. Handle paper reels, palletised goods, and various stock types using clamp attachments where required
5. Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or damages
6. Ensure all products are handled carefully to prevent damage
7. Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required
8. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
