What you’ll be doing:
* Advising customers on the full range of mortgage and protection products
* Generating new business opportunities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Coaching and supporting estate agency colleagues to boost performance
* Playing a key role in branch meetings and contributing to team success
What we’re looking for:
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with proven experience
* Skilled at generating new business and building strong client relationships
* Exceptional customer care with the ability to deliver tailored solutions
* Resilient, positive, organised, and detail-focused
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
