Enhanced Pay Rates We offer enhanced pay rates, with additional top‑up bonuses when specific clinical skills are used during appointments: £17.92 – £28.00 per appointment (rate varies based on skills used) Your clinical expertise will directly support individuals in their own homes, improving convenience, comfort, and access to essential care.
