The Role
We're seeking a dynamic sales hunter with 8–12 years' experience selling IT, Data, or AI services into insurers, reinsurers, and asset managers across Europe. You'll lead full enterprise sales cycles, open new doors, build senior-level relationships, and close complex deals.
What You'll Do
* Hunt and originate new opportunities across EMEA
* Lead strategic sales cycles in Insurance, Reinsurance & Asset Management
* Build strong C-suite relationships (CIO, CTO, COO, Business Heads)
* Create compelling value propositions and negotiate high-value agreements
* Cross-sell tech services to existing accounts
* Manage pipeline, forecasting, and collaborate with global delivery teams

What We're Looking For
* Proven success selling IT/tech services into financial services
* Strong hunter mentality: drive, urgency, resilience
* Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close new logos
* Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
