About you
You’ll be passionate about working in a high-growth sector and eager to disrupt the commercial real estate industry. You will have a proven track record of hiring, motivating, and leading teams to exceed sales targets. Your drive, tenacity, coaching, and support will enable your team to close complex, high-value deals quickly and effectively.
This is a high-intensity, multi-faceted role. You will maximize your time to support your team in generating leads, pitching, and closing deals, leading by example, and using your communication skills to present compelling narratives to prospects, highlighting the value of being an IWG partner.

What you will be doing
You will join the leadership team to deliver our growth strategy. You will leverage your entrepreneurial mindset, strong business and financial acumen, and leadership skills to achieve outstanding results as we add over 2,000 new partners in the next year.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of Partnership Sales Managers to achieve ambitious growth targets.
* Coaching, motivating, and driving your team to build and convert pipelines to meet targets monthly.
* Negotiating high-value deals to expand the IWG network in your region.
* Identifying and pursuing opportunities in commercial buildings, pitching for new partnerships, convincing partners to invest from £250k to over £1m, and closing deals quickly.
* Adapting your business development approach to meet partners’ needs.
* Showcasing the value of the IWG partnership to your B2B network.
* Recruiting ambitious partners aligned with our growth goals.
* Ensuring your team is motivated and has clear development plans.
