Are you ready to join a successful, nurturing, high achieving primary school as a SEN 1:1 Learning Support Assistant?

Your opportunity

We are seeking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant that is motivated to work on a 1:1 basis supporting pupils (range of primary ages) with complex needs, such ASD and / or physical disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about pupil welfare and has the ability to make a difference to the learning journey of a child.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will play an integral role in the behaviour, communication, social and emotional development of the children and actively assist our Teachers with supporting the children within the classroom. You will be proactive and confident to provide the support needs outside of the classroom every day.

About Cuddington Croft Primary School

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Cuddington Croft Primary School, our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Warren Mead Infant and Junior Schools, Danetree Primary School and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School.

The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £22,918.66

Actual Salary: £9,025.49

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8.40am – 12pm - 16.65hrs - 38.6wks/yr (term time plus INSET)

Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st August 2026

Closing Date: Wednesday 27th August at 9.30am

Interview Date: W/C 1st September 2025
