Property Litigation Lawyer - Bristol
Are you an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving Dispute Resolution team, handling a diverse caseload while contributing to the continued growth of the department.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on all aspects of property litigation, working with a wide range of clients from individuals to SMEs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing boundary disputes, ownership/TOLATA claims, and easement issues
* Advising commercial and residential landlords and tenants on disputes
* Handling cases across the County Court, High Court, and Tribunal, including advising on legal prospects and settlement negotiations
* Nurturing existing client relationships while actively developing new connections
* Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives, including blogs and legal directory submissions
Requirements
Our client are seeking a qualified Lawyer or FCILEx with a background in litigation and/or property law, eager to specialise in property litigation. The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong expertise in handling property disputes
* Excellent communication skills to support client relationships and business development
* A keen interest in business developments and networking
Flexible Working & Location:
* Full-time or part-time options available
* Based in central Bristol with hybrid working available post-probation
