WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
* Supporting academic learning and emotional development
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs
* Helping to foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
* Delivering tailored interventions to promote confidence and independence
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, or voluntary settings all welcomed)
* A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant qualifications an advantage, but transferable experience warmly considered
