Lead the end-to-end management of subscription products, including planning, execution, and delivery. Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and agency departments, to align product strategies. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure subscription success and drive improvements. Ensure seamless user experiences by refining subscription processes and interfaces. Proactively manage the product roadmap to deliver business objectives and customer value. Conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge in the subscriptions market. Communicate product updates and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.
Profile
A successful Senior Product Manager (Subscriptions) should have: Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in B2C subscription, D2C or the consumer tech space A strong understanding of subscription-based business models and customer retention strategies. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A track record of delivering measurable results through product innovation and optimisation. Outstanding communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
