Life Enrichment Assistant
Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Life Enrichment Director, the primary responsibility of this role is to enrich the lives of our residents.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest quality of customer service for residents.
* Engage in prospective resident visits and perform welcome orientations for new residents.
* Develop monthly programs based on the Whole Person Wellness Model, incorporating at least two of the six experiences: Intellectual, Social, Emotional, Vocational, and Spiritual.
* Utilize iPads to enhance residents' lives and manage photos for community TVs and Facebook.
* Proficiently use software applications and tools used by American House for the Life Enrichment position.
* Schedule weekend activities and be available to work on weekends for events.
* Represent American House professionally at community events.
* Drive a 14-passenger bus to provide transportation for group events and personal appointments.
* Update seasonal and holiday decorations throughout the building.
* Oversee the volunteer program.
* Notify the Life Enrichment Director of emergency situations.
* Report directly to the Life Enrichment Director.
