Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Inspire Learning: Teach pupils within assigned classes, ensuring all educational needs are met. Collaborate: Work with the Principal and colleagues on course development, teaching materials, and assessment methods. Maintain Order: Oversee the use and storage of teaching materials and maintain discipline. Plan & Prepare: Develop lessons, schemes of work, and activities in coordination with Year Leaders and colleagues. Monitor Progress: Assess pupil achievements and progress, and communicate with parents as required. Professional Development: Engage in INSET and implement innovative strategies in classroom practice. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): By September 2025 (unless applying as an unqualified teacher). Experience: Teaching primary-aged children is highly desirable. Assessment Skills: Ability to make accurate use of assessment and monitoring strategies. Commitment: Dedication to continuous professional development and innovative teaching.
