Role: Residential Property Paralegal
Location: North London
Salary: £25-£29k
My client is at a multi-service independent firm in North London. The firm consists of around 20 fee-earners working on a range of matters including property, private client, employment, and litigation. The residential department work on a mix of property transactions, including working on behalf of HNW clients in the City, and properties further afield.
The role is for a Conveyancing Paralegal, who has at least one year of experience working in property, to support solicitors on their mixed residential property caseload. In addition to this, later in the successful candidate's employment, they will be given more responsibilities to the point of running files under supervision, and could be given opportunities to progress.
This role is available as the firm has been very busy over recent years, and the property solicitors need further assistance from an additional Paralegal. This a good opportunity to work alongside experienced and highly trained Solicitors in order to develop your skills further and work towards qualifying. The firm do offer training contracts, so there is the potential to receive one after a year in employment.
Requirements
A degree from a UK University (2:1 and above).
At least one year working in conveyancing at a firm in England.
Experience using case management systems.
Ambitious and hardworking attitude.
