To lead in the delivery of the highest quality facilities management services to both occupiers and customers across a regional portfolio of retail parks. Properties currently in the region are in Orpington, Dartford, although other assets could be added to the region depending upon acquisition activity. To oversee the operational and technical service delivery and the management of relevant service partners and contractors.

Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities within the property portfolio.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as statutory requirements.
Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules and service contracts.
Monitor budgets and control costs effectively across all facilities activities.
Work closely with tenants to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.
Supervise and support on-site teams, contractors, and service providers.
Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management regarding facilities performance.
Implement sustainable practices to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.Profile

A successful Facilities Manager should have:

Proven experience in facilities management within the property industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and health and safety standards.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage budgets and oversee service contracts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and team interactions.
Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.Job Offer

Competitive salary in the range of £45000 to £50000 per annum.
9.5% non-contributory pension, 10% OT discretionary
