About The Role

We are seeking an organised and effective Payroll Administrator to support our Senior Management Team.

Are you passionate about learning & development with strong organisational skills, and do you like to be the go-to person? We have a unique opportunity for someone that understands the Health and Social Care sector to join our team working within administration and payroll.

Position: Full Time
Location: Coventry

Hours:40 hours per week

This is a hybrid role, with some office days required

The role

As Payroll Administrator, your role will be:

* To process monthly Payrolls, starters, leavers, salary changes, statutory payments, paying BIK, sickness etc.
* To understand compliance with and of, Company and HMRC policies and relevant legislation
* To participate in payroll/benefit uploads to associated third party providers e.g pensions
* To respond to ad hoc management and employee enquiries in an efficient and effective manner
* To ensure that the confidentiality of employee data and payroll information is always maintained
* Monthly reconciliations
* To perform any other associated duties as and when requested


About you

You will be highly organized, confident with all digital tools i.e. all Microsoft products, with excellent attention to detail. By nature you will be calm, able to work to urgent deadlines and able to maintain confidentiality.


Requirements and desirables

* 2 years payroll experience
* SelectPay experience (desirable)
* Advanced Excel Skills
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
* Organised and strong attention to detail
* Confident in dealing with payroll queries
