Job Description
· Assist with case management and legal research for disputes and litigation matters.· Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports.· Assist with document review and disclosure exercises.· Coordinate with external counsel and other stakeholders where necessary.· Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.· Translate legal documents from Russian to English and vice versa.· Conduct due diligence and fact-checking for ongoing cases.· Provide administrative assistance to the legal team when required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Disputes Paralegal should have:
3. Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
