To be considered for this role, you must have office administrator experience within a Primary School. Our Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive primary school at the heart of our community. We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator/Bursar to join our friendly team. You will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Job Title: Office Administrator/Bursar Location: Padiham Contract: Full-time Salary: £13.75 - £15 per hour Start Date: October 2025 Key Responsibilities Providing efficient administrative support to the Headteacher, staff, and governors. Managing telephone and face-to-face enquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Maintaining accurate pupil records using SIMS. Handling pupil admissions, attendance, and assessment data. Supporting finance processes such as invoicing and ordering resources. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and data protection procedures. General office duties including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
