Job Description What You’ll Do Run a small, vibrant catering outlet with minimal on-site cooking. Prepare and present: Fresh deli bar and salad station (including menu planning). Warm pastries, jacket potatoes, ready-made soups, and snack pots (with rotation schedule). Manage and motivate one team member. Keep vending machines and self-service coffee machines stocked and operational. Ensure top standards in food safety and health & safety, completing all required paperwork. Take ownership of stock control, rotation, ordering, and finance tracking. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for customers. Monitor customer service standards, actively seeking and responding to customer feedback. What We’re Looking For Experience in food safety and health & safety practices. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead and support a small team. Confidence with stock management and basic financial processes. A proactive, can-do attitude and pride in delivering great service.
