About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across a vibrant and inclusive school in Wolverhampton. This role involves supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or within whole-class settings, depending on the needs of the school. Responsibilities may include assisting students with SEND, supporting lesson delivery, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 or small-group support
* Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Help promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils with additional needs including Autism, SEMH, ADHD, or general learning needs
What We're Looking For
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience supporting children within a school or early years setting
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
