Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Administrator to join our clients’ team in Telford, Shropshire. Our client is a global leader in their field, responsible for the designing, manufacturing and installations of bespoke manufacturing systems. Duties and Responsibilities: * Handle all customer enquiries relating to spares and service, overseeing the entire process from initial contact to dispatch and invoicing * Create and distribute tailored quotations for recommended system spare parts * Proactively follow up on quotations to convert them into confirmed sales orders * Coordinate both planned and reactive service visits and equipment installations worldwide, ensuring clear and timely communication with customers * Making sure materials are available * Arranging travel when required * Completion and documentation of service reports * Manage and prioritise incoming service requests to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction * Maintain well-organised and accurate customer records in both digital systems and physical files * Prepare regular performance reports, including: * Quotations issued vs. orders received * Outstanding service jobs * Engineer availability and usage * Sales figures for spares and services (contracted and non-contracted) What you will need to succeed: * 2+ years working in a busy customer service administration position * Adva...
