Requirements: A relevant qualification in either Plumbing or Carpentry is preferred, but also experienced time-served candidates will also be considered. Full UK driving Licence with no more than 3 points Own tools (specialist tools will be provided) Social Housing experience is advantageous Successful candidates will be subject to a Basic DBS checkYou will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
