Role: Retail Ops Co-ordinator

Role Summary
To support the Retail Operations Lead in setting out seasonal and weekly communication, policy, guidelines, and projects to support the retail channel. This position involves supporting all operational aspects of the business, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in processes. The Retail Operations Co-ordinator should manage their day-to-day tasks, including scheduling and coordinating events, and managing resources. They must have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise tasks, and work well with others. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to build effective relationships with colleagues.
Role Responsibilities
* Support the Retail Operations Lead in preparing documentation for stores
* Handle calls and emails related to Retail Operations and respond to store queries
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards
* Support the delivery of seasonal events for the field team, including conference calls
* Maintain and improve central shared drive filing, working with IT to develop efficient systems, and update policy and best practice documentation
* Act as a central point of contact at Head Office for retail operations information
* Assist the Retail Operations Manager in completing legal and compliance audit information accurately and on time
Skills and Experience
* Effective written and verbal communication across departments
* Excellent customer service skills for stores and HO functions
* Strong administration, organisational, and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Role Competencies
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Understanding of Store/Retail Operations processes and procedures
* Knowledge of budgets
* Willingness to learn and flexibility
* Strong administration skills
