ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a 35-year-old neurodivergent woman with impaired vision and coordination. I have full capacity and no intellectual impairment.
I do not require personal care and I am independent-minded. I am motivated to develop my independence further, although I am currently unable to go out alone.
I am sociable, chatty and have a cheeky sense of humour. Clear spoken English and confident communication skills are essential due to my visual impairment.
