About the Client Our Client provides a comprehensive range of electrical services across both private and public sectors. Their service offering includes electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, certification, and installation services.Roles/Responsibilities Oversee and manage on-site electrical works, including smoke detection upgrades, CCU installations, and emergency lighting installs. Lead the day-to-day management of project teams. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Report to project directors, identifying risks and ensuring proper management and mitigation. Communicate accurately and professionally with clients to understand and meet their needs. Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely project completion.Qualifications Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor. Proven expertise with smoke detection systems, CCU installations, and emergency lighting. Experience with electrical testing and fire alarms (preferred). Background working within the public sector, including social housing or government buildings. Extensive technical electrical experience. Strong leadership and team management skills.
