Due to our clients continued growth, we are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their busy team in Blantyre. What you’ll do Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming reception area Coordinate meeting rooms and arrange catering for internal and external events Support the planning of company conferences and social activities Provide confidential administrative assistance to the Senior Leadership Team Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes for board and senior team meetings Process monthly expenses for senior team members Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth operation of office equipment Coordinate updates for the company website and social media platforms Collaborate with HR and Finance to support monthly payroll processing Prepare and verify monthly payroll data for submission to the outsourced payroll provider Track employee timesheets, attendance, and personnel changes Manage payroll-related queries with discretion and professionalism What you’ll need Previous experience in administrative support roles High level of discretion and professionalism Excellent communication and people skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with payroll processes would be beneficial What you’ll receive Competitive salary and benefits package What’s Next?
