More about your role
This role is a part-time position of 16 hours per week, with a requirement to work on a Tuesday. The additional hours can be worked over any other day or split over three days, which can be discussed during the interview with the line manager. The role is based in Oldham and covers two nearby sites. You will primarily support the Tenancy Enforcement and Communities Teams but may also support other teams across the business.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support for the Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement Team, offering advice and information to internal and external customers via phone and email, ensuring high-quality customer service. Your duties include updating and managing IT systems and tenancy records, logging and investigating complaints, and liaising with customers and internal departments to deliver excellent administrative support.

More about you
It is essential that you have experience in a customer-facing housing role and tenancy management. To succeed, you should have a background in administration and excellent customer service skills. A 'Can do' approach to tasks, the ability to work under pressure and independently, and a proactive, empathetic attitude towards customers are important qualities.
