Automotive Field Coach
Location: Field-Based (UK) North England, South England, Midlands & East England.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £5,000 Performance Related Annual Bonus + Car Allowance + Highly Competitive Basic Salary
Please Note: We have positions available across North England, South England, Midland & East England.
We’re looking for several motivated, commercially minded, field-based professionals to join our project team, working in partnership with our European DEKRA colleagues and Stellantis Europe, specifically in the UK with the local NSC.
About the Role: You’ll coach Sales and Aftersales teams to confidently position and sell service plans and run focused on-site/virtual sessions that turn insight into action.
Why this matters: We want to support Stellantis UK in providing its customers with predictable motoring costs, protection against future servicing cost increases, and help them keep their cars in the best and safest condition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Success is measured by service plan penetration, year-on-year service plan sales improvement, UK NSC specific sales uplift and outperformance of the coached versus non-coached Dealers.
• Support a defined set of Dealers with a standard coaching delivery rhythm (pre-visit review → on-site side-by-side → debrief → action plan → follow-up).
• Use our programme-specific diagnostic toolkit to develop, agree, close and verify time-bound action plans with Dealer management and their teams.
• Coach and develop individuals in role-specific skills (needs discovery, value articulation, objection handling, and closing).
About You: You’re a credible field operator who can influence at all levels in the Dealership. You combine commercial nous with coaching craft, and you’re comfortable using data to focus effort and track impact.
You’ll bring:
• 3+ years in automotive retail (Sales and/or Aftersales) or field coaching/consultancy.
• Proven impact on sales, market penetration, renewals and associated KPIs through coaching and process change.
• Organised and resilient with effective territory/time management; UK driving licence and right to work.
• Good Excel/PowerPoint skills (Power BI familiarity a plus) and a full UK driving licence.
Why Join Us: You’ll join a collaborative team where your input is valued, your achievements are recognised, and your future development is encouraged. Apply today and drive performance forward with DEKRA and Stellantis
