Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support new and existing projects within the rail industry, working closely with business departments and clients.
* Prepare proposals, technical reports, project plans, and documentation.
* Manage engineering changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry and company standards.
* Work collaboratively with teams across Engineering, Commercial, and Production to enhance workstreams.
* Monitor and track project metrics, identifying trends and improvements.
* Ensure quality and safety compliance by supporting audits, investigations, and reporting.
* Travel to customer and supplier sites as required to support project development.
About You:
* Experience in the rail industry is preferred.
* Strong project management and engineering experience.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Proficient in IT and software tools to support project control and documentation.
