UK Athletics WCP Throws Lead Olympic and Paralympic

Hybrid with regular requirement to work in Loughborough
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and delivery of UK Athletics’ WCP throws plan across both Olympic and Paralympic programmes
* Align WCP throws activity with the wider performance pathway, including UKA Futures
* Act as the main point of contact for WCP throws athletes and their coaches
* Ensure WCP support is aligned to individual athlete plans
* Provide on-the-ground support at training camps and major championships
Required Experience:
* Experience working with Olympic and Paralympic throwers
* Involvement in major championship teams (e.g. Olympic or Paralympic Games)
* Experience supporting athletes in World Class Programmes and working within an NGB
