We’re proud to support drivers across Sheffield, and we’re now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, fast-paced repair centre. This is a front-of-house role where you’ll be the first person customers speak to and the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From the moment a customer contacts us to the day they collect their vehicle, you’ll make sure their experience is professional, reassuring and hassle-free. What you’ll be doing Welcoming customers in person and over the phone Booking in repairs and arranging vehicle drop-offs and collections Keeping customers updated on the progress of their repairs Working closely with technicians, insurers and suppliers Dealing with questions or concerns quickly and professionally Keeping records accurate and up to date What we’re looking for Experience in customer service or administration (automotive experience is a bonus, not a must) A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping people Someone who stays calm, organised and positive in a busy environment Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service What you’ll get Competitive salary with performance-related bonus Ongoing training and opportunities to build your career A supportive, close-knit team in a growing business If you take pride in helping customers, enjoy working in a lively environment, and share our values of Excellence, Innovation and Integrity, we’d love to hear from you.
