Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits:
* £27-28,000 Basic Salary plus commission based on branch turnover – £33-35k OTE

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities:
* Act as a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries on a day-to-day basis
* Arrange and book viewings using the company’s internal system
* Accurately complete and maintain customer records on the system
* Conduct accompanied viewings, building rapport and understanding client requirements
* Proactively encourage second viewings and progress offers where appropriate
* Record and update detailed viewing feedback on the system
* Market new properties across all available media channels
* Negotiate and agree offers between buyers and sellers
* Ensure all administrative records are kept accurate and up to date
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed:
* Previous experience within estate agency is advantageous
* Strong communication skills with a confident, personable, and professional manner
* Solid IT skills with the ability to use internal systems effectively
* Well spoken, well presented, and customer-focused
* Highly organised with excellent time management; punctuality is essential
* Target-driven with a positive, proactive, and ambitious attitude
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred
