Main Duties of the Job
* Personal development time for taster days, coursework, and study leave.
* Teaching opportunities with final‑year medical students, nursing and paramedic students, and trainee ACPs.
* Support audit or quality improvement projects; participation in RCEM national audits.
* Attend ALS, ATLS, EPALS courses with study leave funding.
* Weekly paid teaching: four hours per week.
* Pre‑hospital care placements with Welsh Ambulance Service (requires a one‑day V&A course).
* Work with an Educational Supervisor to achieve career goals.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Full GMC registration.
* Compliance with UK/EEA immigration regulations or eligible for a work permit.
* ALS/ACLS certification.
Desirable Criteria
* ATLS, APLS, or EPALS training.
* Progress toward an appropriate postgraduate qualification.
Experience
Essential Criteria
* Completion of Foundation training (or equivalent).
* Post‑registration experience in relevant acute specialties.
* Recent NHS post with substantive clinical experience; clinical attachments not sufficient.
Desirable Criteria
* Previous experience in UK Emergency Medicine.
