Duties
1.Strategic planning and full-cycle management, leading the entire project development process (land acquisition, planning, construction, and delivery), formulating development strategies and budgeting funds, ensuring the achievement of progress, cost, and quality targets, optimizing product positioning in line with the dynamics of the UK market, and coordinating with design institutes to complete the approval of planning schemes.
2.Compliance and government coordination, familiar with UK planning permits, environmental protection standards and other regulations, leading the application and approval process for construction and the completion acceptance process, maintaining government relations.
3.Cross-departmental resource integration, leading engineering, design, and marketing teams, coordinating bidding, construction management, and supplier coordination, resolving major issues. Monitoring the implementation of sales strategies and handling customer complaints, promoting market analysis and the output of data visualization reports.
4.Risk management and operation, tracking policy changes and market fluctuations, formulating risk response measures, ensuring project safety and cost control.
5.Responsible for team training, assessment, and cross-time zone collaboration, enhancing execution and efficiency. Regularly reporting business results, risk warnings, and improvement suggestions to the headquarters.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering management, architecture or real estate.
2.Over 10 years of experience in real estate development in the UK or Europe, with at least one full project cycle management experience. Familiar with UK development regulations (such as planning approval, environmental standards) and local government operation models.
3.Possess cross-cultural communication skills, capable of coordinating the headquarters and regional teams for efficient collaboration.
4.Holding UK project management or real estate-related qualifications is preferred.
