Assembly Technician

Location: EpsomType: Full-time 08:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday
The Role
We’re looking for a focused and dependable Assembly Technician to support both production and development builds. You’ll follow detailed digital instructions to assemble high-quality systems within a structured, process-led environment.
What You’ll Do
* Assemble Units following digital work instructions
* Prepare and kit parts for builds
* Identify misalignments or build issues and communicate them clearly
* Use manual tools, including torque wrenches, to specification
* Route and secure electrical wiring safely
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Work independently on multi-day task blocks
About You
Essential:
* Interest or natural ability to use tools. Maybe a hobby of fixing motorcycles or cars
* Strong practical, hands-on ability (industry experience or personal projects)
* Comfortable working with detailed digital instructions
* Good communication and attention to detail
* Strong awareness of health & safety
Nice to Have:
* Experience in structured assembly environments
* Electrical assembly background
* Forklift licence
* Experience with testing software or electrical systems
