About The Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service through efficient administrative support? Join our vibrant Customer Installation Centre at Wren Kitchens in Barton-Upon-Humber, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting our service teams and approved installers to make our customers’ dream kitchens and bedrooms turn into reality.
As a Customer Service Administrator you'll handle a variety of key and important administrative tasks, including booking installers for installation appointments while coordinating deliveries, supporting the resolution of customer issues and processing installer invoices. If you thrive on solving problems, communicating effectively, and going the extra mile to deliver outstanding service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively resolve queries and concerns across various contact channels.
* Coordinate customer deliveries with installation appointments and availability.
* Provide exceptional, inspirational experiences that exceed expectations.
* Identify and report on processes impacting customer satisfaction.
* Support our Approved Installers by assisting with customer-related queries.
* Make creative and responsible decisions to resolve issues effectively.
* Create world-class experiences for our customers on every interaction.
