Job Description
Position: Maintenance Agent-Technician
You perform diverse duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property's facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for guests.

Responsibilities:
* Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on the property's facilities and equipment
* Inspect all areas for safety issues and take corrective actions
* Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful manner

Specific Requirements:
* Eligible to work in the UK

Qualifications:
Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset but not essential. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Highly responsible and reliable.
