About the Role: As a Nurture Teacher, you will: Deliver a personalised curriculum to students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs or those at risk of exclusion. Work closely with a small group of pupils, building trust and strong relationships. Use creative and restorative approaches to re-engage learners and support their emotional wellbeing. Collaborate with a dedicated team of support staff, therapists, and external agencies.Ideal Candidate: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is preferred but strong instructors or FE-qualified teachers will be considered. Experience working with pupils in Alternative Provision, PRUs, or with SEMH/behavioural needs. A calm, nurturing, and patient approach to behaviour management. Ability to adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners. A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a positive impact.
