team.
The Role
You'll be working in the Lettings Team with a few of our property managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the property managers with Inspections, compliance & maintenance
Dealing with general enquiries
Marketing property To Let, arranging viewings and taking reservations
Completing references, tenancy agreements and check ins
The Person
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience in the property industry (essential).
Experience in property enquiries and viewings
Good IT and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
