About the Role - Plan, deliver, and assess creative and inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum. - Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive - Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of children with varying abilities and learning styles. - Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. - Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other staff to support pupil progress. - Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in events and activities.
