We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable legal firm for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team on a temporary 3-month contract. Key Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors and legal executives
* Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports
* Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
* Handling telephone calls and client enquiries professionally
* Maintaining and updating case files and records
* Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally within a law firm)
* Excellent typing and document formatting skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
