As a Regional Sales Manager you will lead our clients sales activity across the UK and Europe in their Leisure or Hospitality market depending on your area of expertise.

💷 Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + £18k com + £6k car allowance
📌 Location: Near Ashford
⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have the following:
Proven experience in B2B sales
Experience working in the Hospitality or Leisure sector is essential
The ability to develop strategic relationships and drive revenue growth
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions around pricing and margins.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.
The ability to travel Globally for 1 week a month.
