Global B2B Technology | High-Growth Environment | Strategic Operations

London (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office)


A high-performing global technology business is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to take ownership of its revenue target-setting and headcount planning processes.


This is a pivotal role at the centre of commercial strategy and operational execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how sales and customer success targets are set across international markets, working closely with senior stakeholders in sales, finance, and business operations.


You'll bring structure, insight, and strategic direction to a rapidly scaling go-to-market organisation, ensuring that targets are both ambitious and achievable, and that team structures are aligned with long-term growth goals.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

* Revenue Planning: Lead the annual target-setting process, ensuring the business is positioned to meet revenue objectives through robust planning and cross-functional alignment.
* Quota Allocation: Design and implement a data-driven quota allocation framework across sales and success teams, ensuring fair, clear, and scalable target distribution.
* Performance Optimisation: Analyse commercial productivity metrics and deliver insights that enable performance improvement and smarter resource planning.
* Forecasting & Strategic Support: Support long-range planning and scenario modelling to enable sustainable revenue growth across geographies and business units.
* Headcount & Organisational Planning: Maintain accurate tracking of team structures, support global hiring plans, and ensure headcount aligns with revenue strategy.


🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Strong background in Revenue Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Business Analytics, ideally within a tech-led, high-growth organisation.
* Experience in quota setting, target distribution, or sales compensation planning.
* Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, with confidence in working with data models and large datasets.
* Able to navigate a matrixed organisation and collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
* Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
* Bonus: Experience in an international SaaS or B2B technology company with a multi-layered go-to-market model.
