Role: IT Technician

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide remote and on-site IT support across multiple sites.
* Resolve issues relating to hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking.
* Manage service desk tickets and maintain SLA targets.
* Install, configure and support IT systems, devices and user accounts.
* Assist with infrastructure upgrades, deployments and IT projects.
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow security best practices.
* Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong user relationships.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in IT support or service desk environments.
* Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365.
* Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Excellent customer service approach.
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
* Experience in education IT environments.
* Exposure to Microsoft Azure or cloud platforms.
* Understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
