SEN Teacher – Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire Border Salary: £37,000 – £54,000 (inclusive of welcome bonus) Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week) At Key health we are recruiting on behalf of a specialist education provider situated on the Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border. The organisation is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled SEN Teacher to support its continued growth. This role is within a highly specialist setting that delivers personalised education to children and young people aged 6–19 with complex needs, including PMLD, SLD, MLD, autism, ADHD, sensory and physical impairments, medical requirements, and behavioural or emotional challenges. The Role You will take ownership of developing and delivering tailored learning programmes that meet each student’s unique needs. Working alongside therapists, leaders, and support staff, you’ll help ensure each learner is supported holistically. The setting promotes a collaborative environment and offers clear pathways for professional development and future progression.
